Below are some questions that you may have for us so we prepared a list of them for you. 

I've done this before and it was a terrible experience. Will this be the same?

Absolutely NOT! We are a professionally ran corporate housing company that caters to traveling business people that are looking for a nice and luxurious place to stay while they working here. Every tenant is screened for an extra layer of security. We have systems in place to avoid the parties.

How does this exactly work?

Our process is actually quite simple. We sign a lease under our company name and then sublease to our traveling professionals such as nurses, doctors, engineers, pilots and many more! The only thing you have to do is collect the monthly rent! We handle all minor maintenance, cleaning and the check in/check out processes.

What if my property is damaged?

Here at Turquoise Properties LLC, we provide an extra layer of insurance for the property on top of any policies you may already have in place. This includes liability as well as extra renters insurance. If you are in need of more insurance, please let us know and we will see what we can do.

What do I get out of this?

Great question! To start, you will be dealing with our company directly instead of a random tenant. We will pay all rent payments on time, keep your property clean, install extra layers of security, handle all minor maintenance issues so you can just be a landlord again!

What cities do you offer services in?

Goodyear, Surprise, Sun City, Glendale, Peoria, Tolleson, Phoenix but we may consider east valley cities on a case by case basis.
