As a corporate housing company, Turquoise Properties LLC will not be occupying the premises (implied when approved as a corporation) and will use the units for business purposes as defined herein. To reiterate,  our business purpose is to provide accommodation stay for business professionals and travelers in transit.

Here is the definition of a corporate lease as defined by our corporation: 

Corporate Lease means a Lease for one or more residential units under which one entity will rent all  such units from Borrower and will have the right to sublease such units to individual subtenants. 

​

All of our clients are vetted, and pass a thorough background check and we work in good faith &  compliance with your management company as defined in the bi-lateral lease agreement.

Video cameras are set up on every property we manage as well as a noise detector with installed smart locks on every door. A new code is generated with every new tenant and the noise detector alerts us when a certain dB is reached.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING DONE

Your unit will be cleaned on a consistent basis by professionals that know how to clean every nook and cranny. They take pride in their work and are hired directly by us so we can always make sure the unit is left spotless after every stay.

LESS WEAR & TEAR ON PROPERTY

Sometimes the unit may not be occupied every day so there is actually less wear and tear on your property compared to a long term daily tenant. After every stay, the unit is cleaned properly and inspected to make sure no damages have been caused. We will also provide service for any minor maintenance issues.

READY TO SELL CONDITION IF YOU CHOOSE TO

Because we keep your property in tip top shape at all times, it will always be ready for selling condition without having to come out of your pocket to re-model or renovate. All that we ask is you give us a 60 day notice ahead of time so we can prepare to relocate the tenant.
